Cindy Sue Gervais

Ms. Gervais is the founder of Remedeze Health Care, a private health care billing & management company.  With more than 35 years of expertise in health care, she assists medical practices improve productivity and efficiency.  She was a practice administrator for 17 years for Warner, Inc., an OB/GYN specialty medical corporation and she served as Executive Director of the Northern California Menopause Institute.  Prior to Warner, Inc., Ms Gervais was the founder and president of MOM, a medical management company specializing in revenue cycle assessments, medical practice staffing and organization and practice operation. With the endorsement of San Francisco Medical Society, she was the first person to introduce medical advertising in the Bay area.   Prior to MOM, she established the Santa Barbara Immunization and Vaccination Center for persons traveling to foreign countries.  She was a founding member of the CIBA (International Billing Associations, California).  She served on the subcommittee of the IBA, developing recommendations to Secretary of Health and Human Services on medical records privacy and confidentiality legislation as required by HIPAA.  She has worked in private practice as a physician assistant and is a member of the American Association of Cardiographic Technologists and the Medical Group Management Association
